Everything lives in the Nightcap app. Track your DoorDash sales in your DoorDash Merchant Portal.
Your orders
Accept, fulfill, replace out-of-stock items, and mark orders out for delivery — all from the app.
Your hours
Set weekly delivery hours and holiday hours. They sync straight to DoorDash.
Pricing & pausing
Set a per-platform surcharge to offset fees, and pause delivery whenever you need a break.
Managing your orders.
When a DoorDash order comes in, you manage it right in the Nightcap app. Choose your setup — phone or tablet — and watch the flow.

A new DoorDash order lands in your delivery orders — marked Active.
Replace or edit while the order is still active
You can swap items, change quantities, or cancel while an order is Active. Always call or text the customer to confirm a substitution before you send the order out. Need to cancel? Tap Cancel Order — it notifies the customer and can't be undone.
Setting your delivery hours.
Your Nightcap delivery hours sync straight to DoorDash. Set them once, update them anytime.
Regular hours
Open Delivery Hours and set when your store accepts delivery orders, day by day.
Holiday hours
Add special hours for holidays — Closed All Day or Custom Hours for dates like Christmas or New Year's Eve.
Plan ahead
Holiday hours sync to your delivery platforms 5 days before the date, so set them early.
Pricing & pausing.
Two controls worth knowing from day one.
E-Commerce Surcharge
Set a per-platform price increase to compensate for platform fees. Your in-store prices stay the same — the surcharge applies only to delivery pricing.
Pause all
Slammed, or closing early? Pause all delivery platforms in one tap. Your store shows as paused until you resume — no orders come through while it's off.
